Annuleringsbeleid
Nederlands: 1. Bevestiging van Boeking: Boekingen worden bevestigd op basis van beschikbaarheid en worden pas als definitief beschouwd na ontvangst van een getekend contract en de vereiste aanbetaling. 2. Aanbetaling en Betaling: Een aanbetaling van 20% is vereist om de boeking te beveiligen. Het resterende bedrag dient te laatste 1 dag vóór het evenement te worden voldaan. 3. Annulering: Schriftelijke annulering is vereist. De aanbetaling kan enkel worden teruggevorderd indien deze plaatsvindt een week voor het evenement. 4. Reiskosten en Accommodatie: Reiskosten en eventuele accommodatiekosten zijn voor rekening van de opdrachtgever, tenzij anders overeengekomen. 5. Technische Vereisten: De opdrachtgever zorgt voor alle benodigde technische apparatuur volgens de specificaties vermeld in het contract. Eventuele extra kosten voor technische vereisten zijn voor rekening van de opdrachtgever. Engels: 1. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed based on availability and are considered final only upon receipt of a signed contract and the required deposit. 2. Deposit and Payment: A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 1 day before the event. 3. Cancellation: Written cancellation is required. The deposit can only be refunded if it occurs one week before the event. 4. Travel Expenses and Accommodation: Travel expenses and any accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon. 5. Technical Requirements: The client is responsible for providing all necessary technical equipment as specified in the contract. Any additional costs for technical requirements are the responsibility of the client.
